High School Picture Day
What comes to mind when you think of high school picture day? The waiting in line with peers, dreading your turn on the wobbly stool, knowing that you'll be asked to hold a smile for what seems like an eternity. Or maybe you remember reluctantly heading to JCPenney knowing that awkward poses in front of mall goers awaited you.
Anthony, a high school senior, aspiring cyber security major and computer builder in Frederick MD said no more! He knew there was a better, more personalized way to capture this historic and momentous time in his life. We only live once. We are only high school seniors once and as nostalgic as having your peers make faces at you while you sit with the spotlight on you in the school gym is, he opted for something that would make his personality shine.
Shared Experiences
After considering multiple locations, Anthony ultimately fell in love with the serenity and natural beauty of Sugarloaf Mountain, located south of Frederick MD. You can clearly see how strong and confident he looks as the fall colors of the surrounding foliage complement the pop of color of his red shirt. We aimed to gift him not only a bespoke senior portrait photography experience but this also created an amazing opportunity that he could share with his best friend, Grace, an adorable and lively black Labrador retriever.
Cherishing for Years to Come
It was really important for Anthony to be able to gift his entire family with senior portraits that would clearly and beautifully showcase his unique and individual personality. I think we nailed it! He can now give his grandparents beautiful photographs that they will be more than delighted to showcase in the hallways of their homes and even have some amazing graduation announcements that his whole family will cherish for years to come.
What the Future Holds
I am so delighted that Anthony and his family loved how his senior portraits and wall art pieces came out. I absolutely was overjoyed to work with Anthony and it was an absolute pleasure to be able to give his mom, Laura, lasting memories of her son as she sees him step into this new chapter of his life.
We already have a plan to create matching canvas wraps when his younger brother reaches his senior year. I can't wait for his brother's senior portraits!
Are you ready?!
Are you ready to finally ditch the old wobbly stool in the high school gym?
