When I asked Stephanie why she chose to call us for her newborn photography, here’s what she said:
“Looking just at your newborn photography, I really like what you’ve done with your portfolio. And you had lots of good reviews. I have walls ready to hang his newborn photography – one open wall in his nursery and one wall in the living room. I want a 16″ square [wall] portrait of just him, plus one of us holding him, and then including our two dogs. We want to do the session at our home in Chevy Chase … and we have a nice trail to also do outdoor photos.”
And so I met little Asher for his newborn photography session when he was about one month new. We included some sports props, a bunny hat, and an anesthesiology textbook, stethoscope, and army hat because Asher’s dad is a medical doctor doing his residency in anesthesiology. Asher cooperated with us beautifully for his very first portrait session, as did the two family dogs. The trail across from their house was beautifully decorated with fallen yellow leaves. Congratulations to this new family of three!
