A larger wall, hall area, or other open area can be split into smaller wall spaces by doors, windows, and even pieces of furniture, like the armchair in the photographs below. While you could fill the space with a single large family photography wall portrait, here are a few other family photography decorating ideas using a series of photographs that I call love groupings. Pictured below: 1) the Tri-Square love grouping – three 12×12 square family portraits; and the 4-Square love grouping of four 12×12 family portraits arranged in 2) square format or 3) diagonal format. Love groupings are great both for smaller wall spaces, and also because where a single family portrait says 1,000 words, a love grouping tells an entire story!
These family photography groupings are designed to be displayed without frames, which is a contemporary option. Frameless displays include standout mounting, bamboo mounting, and metal prints.
