"Class Dismissed!"
Pandemic Graduations
In recent years, our high school seniors, unfortunately, have not been able to celebrate their graduations the way that they deserve. And as thankful as people can be for zoom, it will never replace the joy that you get from walking up on the graduation stage and having your teachers commend you for the hard work you've done.
Lauren, like thousands of seniors trying to make the best out of celebrating during a world-wide pandemic, still wanted to mark this great achievement with memorable senior portraits that she and her family could look back on with a smile. Lauren previously had senior portraits taken with a large company that specializes in high school graduation portraits, however, they still wanted something special.
Lauren and her family weren't looking for a good experience... they wanted an extraordinary senior portrait experience. Enter us!
The Consultation
In the process of getting to know Lauren, we learned that while shy and reserved, she is a focused go getter that doesn't let nerves stop her. She loves being outdoors and has a strong passion for reading.
With that information, we together landed on Sugarloaf Mountain as the location for Lauren's memorable senior portrait photography session. I've mentioned this before in other posts, but if you haven't had the chance to visit Sugarloaf, we strongly encourage it! Whether it be for your future senior portraits, family photography, or for fun, this beautiful hiking spot is full of exceptional views which make for stunning images. In addition, there is a local winery about 2 minutes away, and the mountain even hosts gorgeous fairytale-like weddings.

Message From Irene:
"Your daughter sounds like a great kid who's had a rough spring/summer and really deserves to feel beautiful and special. Our senior portraits can do so much for girls in terms of self-empowerment. A woman who feels like she's beautiful and special can conquer the world, and she will always have these senior portraits to look back at to remind her of that! And down the line, when she has kids of her own, they are going to come and see her senior portraits and just marvel at how beautiful and strong she is. To her children... your grandchildren... your daughter's senior portraits will give them confidence and power in who they are as her children. That's the power of photography! Truly incredible, and from my perspective, it's so very amazing and special to be able to do that for my seniors."
