I first met Steve playing in a local racquetball tournament last year, where he happened to ref two of my matches. By chance, I ended up switching gyms to his, and we became racquetball buddies and tournament partners. When we first met, he was always talking about his two kids, and eventually, he began asking about scheduling a family photography session for the three of them. So here we were in early fall wandering Sugarloaf Mountain in Dickerson, Maryland with the family dog, Bella.
I really wanted to take this North Potomac, MD family up to the top of the mountain to enjoy what I hoped would be a beautiful sunset. And indeed, my three favorite images from their fall family pictures had the early evening sun highlighting their hair with a beautiful orange glow in the background. Simply gorgeous!
The War's 2019 fall family photography album, which features a vintage leather cameo cover and premium inside papers was done just in time for Steve's birthday, and we'll be posting photos of the finished photo album soon! And still in progress... three custom-framed wall portrait collages of the kids, and, even better, three large custom-framed portraits on fine art canvas, with the largest one a painting made from their portrait! (Stay tuned!) Plus, the slideshow we made from their images had Steve's family clamoring for prints, so those are under production too!
Here in Maryland, we're just starting to move from high fall color into peak color, and in Virginia, peak color will come later than in Maryland. And what does this mean for you?
It's still not too late for the fall family pictures you've been dreaming of.
