Some six years ago on a day that began like any other, a gal named Katy and a guy named Matt crossed paths working at their local Red Robin Restaurant, and on that seemingly normal day, an everlasting bond was born. And over the next years, this bond blossomed, flourished, bloomed, and grew into a true love that left no doubt in either person’s mind that they would enjoy the rest of their lives together. And as the three of us climbed Sugarloaf Mountain at sunset…as I watched Matt swing Katy around in a dance beneath the fall-tinged trees…as Matt leaned his head against Katy’s shoulder, arm around her holding her close, perched on a rock crowned by a beautiful sunset…I saw a love and friendship that will endure to the end of time. Congratulations to Katy and Matt of Annapolis, Maryland, to be wed in April 2012.
A few weeks later, after viewing the results of their sunset engagement photography session, Katy and Matt were kind enough to talk about their photography session with me in this video. And for those of you who may not be able to view this video, you can still enjoy some of my favorite engagement portraits below. But you’ll still have to watch the video to see the beautiful save-the-date cards and custom-designed wall collage that they ordered, and to see which engagement portrait is Matt’s favorite!
