When we first met some months ago, I asked Pam & Jen what they enjoy doing together. …Browsing antique shops, admiring historic buildings, and being outdoors, they mused. With Jen still owning a home in old town Frederick, Maryland, the two of them charted out a path for our couple’s portrait photography session that encompassed the Volt Restaurant where one memorable evening they had dined, a photogenic antique shop, and beautiful Baker Park. Just a few weeks before the portrait photography session, Pam e-mailed and asked to speak with me on the phone about something she’d rather not put in writing. My thoughts immediately flew to the possibility of a surprise wedding proposal. And at our second to last stop amidst the peaceful sounds of rushing stream water and beneath waving green willow trees, Pam nervously reached into her pocket and pulled out a diamond engagement ring. And Jen said…YES!!! Congratulations to this happily newly-engaged couple!
And thanks to Pam for giving this Frederick MD Portrait Photographer a straight-A photographer’s report card on Angie’s List and for nominating me for the Page of Happiness Award!
