When I asked T. why she chose to contact US for her online dating photos instead of all the other professional photographers out there, she responded that she liked the online dating pictures she saw in our portfolio as well as what we had written in the "about the photography studio" and "artist's statement and bio" pages.
T. enjoys visiting wineries and we evaluated several different wineries as possibilities for her online dating photos. In the end, I reached out to Orchid Cellar Meadery & Winery in Middletown, MD, which is one of T's favorite wineries, for permission to create T's online dating pictures on their grounds. They were so kind as to not only say yes, but to allow us in after hours for the best light. We even met the owner who came out to introduce herself and ask if we needed anything! So very kind, and such a beautifully scenic location!
(Oh, and yes - since T. owns a sleek sports car, of course we had to include that in her online dating pictures!)

D. found us through trusty Google, as he googled for a "Germantown Photographer." "You were at the top of the list of results," he said. "I did also leave a message for another Germantown photographer, but that photographer never called me back."
The most important thing for D. for his online dating photos, he told me, was that he wanted relaxed, comfortable looking images in a natural setting. He also mentioned being sensitive about his weight, and wanted an online dating photographer who could portray him in the most flattering way possible. And so, we met up at scenic Seneca Creek State Park in Gaithersburg, MD just a few weeks later. Enjoy one of my favorite online dating pictures of him below. I love the reflections of sunset in the lake behind him!

"I called you because I like the online dating photos on your website. I like your posing and lighting. I'm definitely self-critical, which is why having a professional online dating photographer lends objectivity and is better than having a friend help you select images. I already have some good headshots, but my full-length online dating photos are either outdated or have too many people in the photograph," K said. "So I want some new full-length online dating pictures - a mix of formal and casual."
K. wanted her online dating pictures to be outdoors, and so we headed again to Gaithersburg's Seneca Creek State Park in Montgomery County, MD. Doesn't she look stunning in her online dating photos, especially with the sunlight in her hair?
Tend to be self-critical about photographs of yourself?
You need an online dating photographer who will listen to what you like and don't like and be able to bring out the things you like and de-emphasize the things you don't.
Don't wait another moment to meet your perfect match.
